That’s why I do this work. I believe tension isn’t something to fear or fix—it’s something we can work with. When we make space for honest disagreement, things start to shift. why i do this work
I used to lead with logic alone.
In my senior roles across public sector regulators, I saw the same pattern play out: conflict was avoided, emotions were suppressed, and strategy suffered. The irony? Once I began to welcome conflict—not fear it—I became a better leader. My teams were more engaged. Delivery improved. The work got done, and it felt better to do it.
Now, I help others unlock that same shift. Because the most impactful, courageous leaders I’ve worked with aren’t the ones who avoid tension. They’re the ones who learn to face it—and use it.

I bring 15+ years of experience in governance, risk, assurance, and organisational change. I’ve worked across business, transport, environment, and health and social care—including three years as a senior civil servant.
I’m an accredited Executive Coach and Mentor, a qualified Workplace Mediator, and a trusted adviser to senior leaders, Boards, and executive teams.
Alongside this, I draw on proven tools like conflict profiling and motivational mapping to help individuals and teams understand themselves—and each other—more deeply.
As someone who has led through complex change programmes and built assurance frameworks, I now combine that with conflict coaching and mediation to guide leaders through relational complexity.
