how i work
Conflict isn’t just a problem to solve. It’s a powerful signal that something matters—and that something needs attention. I offer a mix of coaching, facilitation, and mediation to help leaders and teams work through it with skill, clarity, and confidence.

before conflict arises
For leaders who want to build teams where honest disagreement is normal—and safe.
This is coaching and culture work that happens before the crisis. If you’re forming a new programme, onboarding a leadership team, or sensing that 'niceness' is getting in the way of real progress, we can work together to set your culture up for healthy, open conflict.
That might mean coaching around difficult conversations, workshops on conflict styles, or simply a regular touchpoint to check the emotional pulse of your team.
You don’t need to wait for a blow-up to bring someone in. I can help you build the habits and confidence to navigate conflict early, skilfully, and with purpose.

navigating conflict - for individuals
For leaders, programme managers, and change-makers who feel stuck in tension.
This is a safe, focused space for you to explore the conflict dynamics you're facing—whether that’s with a peer, a team member, a sponsor, or the wider system you're navigating. We’ll unpack what’s happening, what part you’re playing, and what options you really have.
You’ll come away with practical tools, fresh insight, and the confidence to act—without burning bridges.
Sessions are tailored to your context, with the option for one-off intensives or a short series of sessions over a few weeks.

navigating conflict - for teams
For teams who are avoiding difficult conversations, stuck in unhealthy dynamics, or forming under pressure.
Teams don’t need to agree on everything—but they do need to talk honestly and be able to work through disagreement. In these sessions, I create the space for your team to reflect, speak openly, and build trust around how you work together.
We’ll surface what’s being left unsaid, explore the dynamics at play, and introduce practical ways to disagree well and recover faster from difficult moments.
These sessions are ideal at key points in a team’s journey—like the start of a project, mid-delivery review points, or when tension is beginning to affect delivery.

repairing after conflict
For when the dynamic is too stuck to fix alone.
Sometimes things go past the point of a constructive chat.
People are hurt, frustrated, or shut down. In these cases, I act as a neutral facilitator to help rebuild communication and clarity.
This isn't about finger-pointing or blame—it's about helping people name what’s happened, hear each other properly, and decide how they want to move forward.
I work one-to-one with each party beforehand, then bring everyone together at the right pace. The goal isn’t to agree on everything—it’s to find a new way to work with respect, clarity, and choice.
